StrovaPI is project intelligence for teams running infrastructure and engineering-led projects. Every feature earned its place. Nothing you don't need.
Most project teams run their work across a document register that does not talk to the correspondence, a defects spreadsheet that does not talk to either, and an inbox holding the only record of what was actually agreed. StrovaPI puts the whole project in one place — defects, documents, RFIs, actions, variations, meetings, site records, cost, tenders and the inbox that ties them together — so a decision made in one module is visible in every other.
The test we hold every screen to is simple: a site inspector standing in the mud should be able to raise a defect in well under a minute, and a project manager reviewing correspondence should never need training to do it. If a flow needs explaining, the flow is wrong and we change it.
StrovaPI is headquartered in Singapore and operates across the Asia-Pacific region. All customer data is stored in Australia, in Google Cloud's Melbourne region, and does not leave the country during normal operation — your database, your uploaded files and the server-side processing over them.
The full detail — encryption, access control, backups and residency — is on the security page.
Email goes to the team. No forms, no chatbots, no auto-replies. Most of what we build started as a phone call from someone on a site telling us what was slowing their project down.
Changes reach production as they are finished rather than in quarterly releases. What shipped, and when, is published on the changelog.
Spin up a workspace, raise your first defect, post your first transmittal — see whether it fits your project before you ever email us. One project is free forever.
Infrastructure, engineering-led, or something that does not fit either description — we would like to hear what you are running and where it hurts.
