Stick a code in the cab. Scanning it opens that machine — its rego, risk assessment and service records, with anything that has expired saying so — and logs today's prestart in one press, without hunting for the excavator in a list of hired gear. Documents can sit on the plant type too, so every machine of that kind carries the manual without anyone re-attaching it.
Workers scan a code on the way in and on the way out. The attendance register updates live and shows names — so you know who is on site right now, not who signed the paper book this morning. Printable gate posters included.
An induction can now ask real questions and keep what the worker answered, not just that they ticked acknowledge. The answers sit on the induction record as evidence.
Point a phone at a white card, licence or ticket and Stella reads the type, number and expiry into the record for you to confirm. Typing a ticket number off a wet card in a site shed is nobody's idea of a good time.

Creating an account could sign itself out mid-registration and strand the new user on the login screen. It does not any more.
Invite suppliers into their own scoped portal, where they see only their tender. Every submission is versioned and kept, so a late revision never overwrites the history of what was actually offered and when.
Send a public link. The worker completes the induction on their own phone, uploads their tickets and signs. You review evidence instead of running the session and chasing the paperwork afterwards.
Every inducted worker gets a live view of their own profile, tickets and expiry dates — so the person whose card expires next week is the one who finds out first.
Remove someone's access to a project in one action, and flag a person as needing to be inducted again before they return.
Upload a SWMS and Stella reviews it against model WHS material as an advisory first pass. Findings are tracked individually, sent back to the contractor to revise and resubmit, and closed out on the record — not in an email thread.
